Rafe's Note: Chalking Virosis is our follow-up to Lost Wreckage, our first album under Vrishika Closing. It is heavier, more grueling, and darker album compared to Lost Wreckage. We had a ton of fun recording this, and definitely not getting headaches, nor trying not to throw up. The songs are also longer than the previous effort. It also grew a concept as time went on about the destruction of a world.

Thank you for listening. Hope you enjoyed this, despite how aggressive and grueling it is. Thank you to my friends, family, Wilbur, and everyone else who have stuck with us

Will's Note:

This album was a bit hectic to record. We both got headaches from recording, and I almost threw up due to how loud my amp was. My grandfather came downstairs and yelled at us for being so loud. I'd say that's quite an accomplishment.

Gang War is a song about anti-authority and revolting against the government, which I suppose is the same thing. Mother, I'm Sorry is self-explanatory. I also did the sample work on this album with the song The Only Ugly Daughter. Quite frankly, I'm really satisfied with the outcome of this album. This album is essentially our Cop - SWANS, whereas Lost Wreckage was our Filth.

I'd like to thank God, my grandparents for putting up with our shit, Rafe for being the best bandmate I could ask for, Madalene for getting better and being supportive of me, and my therapist for helping me through some really difficult feelings. I love you all with my whole heart. I wouldn't be alive if it weren't for these people. Thank you so much for supporting us.
