Aerostats of Venus
04:07
|
|||
Floating around your sulfur clouds
Bubbles filled with oxygen
Striving better here than there
Mars? Are you kidding me?
Look over there; What do you see?
A man that's all lonely
Terra-forming Mars on his own
While we're already living in
Aerostats of Venus
Cities in the Venetian sky
Konstantin, what do you have over there
That you can rely on?
We have what we need here
(Everybody come down to Leaflet Sunshire for a wonderful yellow sky)
All you've ever done will be in vain
What do you want to show us today
Above the carbon dioxide clouds
Our cities are thriving inside
Aerostats of Venus
Throughout the super-rotation
We get a pirouetting sky show
What do you get
Besides an occasional dust storm?
Protection from acidic rain
The mix of gases gives us healthy grain
What can you say about your sand
As we stay protected in
Aerostats of Venus

You can laugh at me all you want
But I know what I'm doing here
You will not demoralize me
Just because I have what I need
Red rust sand all around
At least I can stand on solid ground
And you've no idea what I've found
Underneath the Martian ground
A whole thriving civilization
In a planet you thought was dead
Water flowing underground
They want to be on the surface
And so I will help them to succeed
One man from a different planet
Working with underground Martians
With our intelligence
With our due diligence
We will repair this world
We will terraform Mars
Underground waterfalls
Beneath Olympus Mons
They've taught me their language
We've shared all our ideas
Two different ways of working out problems
Combine to an unstoppable force
Over at the poles
We're going to finish what you couldn't
I'm only here to help them survive
I always want to see Mars thrive
Mars is not a lost cause
You just jumped the Venetian bandwagon too fast
So let me finish what I've started
One man from a different planet
Working with underground Martians
With our intelligence
With our due diligence
We will repair this world
We will terraform Mars
Look at me now, Leaflet Sunshire!
Look at the water flowing all over
The red planet has become another blue marble
Red ground, blue water
And as the roots breach the surface
The Martians and I stare up at the sky
You see, I saved a race
While you invade a world that never wanted you
The signals they send
You ignored because you couldn't understand
If you just took a little more time
You would've been more attentive to their cries
Well, I did not standby
One man from a different planet
Working with underground Martians
With our intelligence
With our due diligence
We will repair this world
We will terraform Mars
I won't let you taint this world!
Leaflet Sunshire, you are not welcome!
Earthlings, don't you dare attack their home!
I've already had enough of my kind
So don't make it worse
With your righteous manifest destiny mindset
I can't let this world be ruined again
I just want to see Mars thrive again
Don't let the Martians down
They've finally been able to see a beautiful world again
The one their ancestors grew up in
They can finally experience it themselves.
Is this too much to ask?
One man from a different planet
Working with underground Martians
With our intelligence
With our due diligence
We have repaired this world
We have terraformed Mars

Grand Horizon
21:30
|

(Part One: The Breach) 00:00 - 06:04
(Verse One)
We got done visiting another planet
We were getting ready to go home
But everything went wrong
The vessel breached
We're stranded out in space
How do we get home?
The coldness envelopes me
I just want to be warm
I just want to sit down
On a chair, on a couch, whatever
My body is stuck floating in the universe
(Chorus)
I don't want to be stuck in space
Such a cold place
Such a cold space
(Post-Chorus)
If you see me in the sky
Tell my friends I'm dying
Because when I finally give in
I'll be falling down again
(Verse Two)
We have to send a message somehow
The longer we're out here
The quicker we're dying
The Grand Horizon has fallen apart
It's beyond repairable
What even happened here?
So much of the crew is gone
Only a handful of us remain
We have to think of a plan
What is out there for us?
There has to be a way
To send a distress signal
So someone can rescue
Think, think, think!
(Chorus)
I don't want to be stuck in space
Such a cold place
Such a cold space
(Post-Chorus)
If you see me in the sky
Tell my friends I'm dying
Because when I finally give in
I'll be falling down again
(Verse Three)
Dantarian notices something in the distance
Looks like a structure of some kind
It could be our only change
Of getting back home again
Here goes nothing
You know how hard it is to move in space
You think it's easy, but you're stuck in place
No air resistance, no drag force
It's you that has to make the effort to move
And there's no friction, so you just go forever
But, hey, if it helps us get closer to that structure
Everything is worth it
(Refrain)
Floating in place
Flying in space
Floating in place
Flying in space
Floating in place
Flying in space
Floating in place
Flying in space
Floating in place
Flying in space
Floating in place
Flying in space
Floating in place
Flying in space
Floating in place
Flying in space
(Part Two: A Structure in the Nebulae) 06:04 - 09:55
(Interlude)
We reach it!
We're there!
This best be worth it
(Verse Four)
Inside of a nebulae
The structure was floating
Quantona had to break inside
Over here, I'm praying no one's inside
We climb into the vessel
All the lights have gone out
Must have been derelict
For a really long time
Exploring every room
The symbols on the wall are so foreign
We have to take guess on what all of them mean
If this place hadn't been abandoned
We would be the aliens
Invading a ship
But this is completely empty
We're not breaking the Astra Federation Convention
While going through the station
I find something on a table
It looks like a camera
So I attempt to work it
To my surprise it comes alive
The footage is all in black and white
These creatures from the past appear in their grainy shots
This could be the only evidence they existed
But I can gather they were broadcasting to somewhere
So my best bet is the try it myself
(The Broadcast)
Hello? Is there anyone out there? This is the crew of the Grand Horizon, or what's left of it at least. Our vessel breached and we need help! We're in a nebulae where we found this structure inside. It's completely abandoned, but were still here. We don't have much time left, maybe a week. A week and-a-half, if we're lucky. Our coordinates are...
(Part Three: The Signal's Journey Through Space) 09:55 - 19:05
[Instrumental]
(Part Four: Desperate Cry for Help) 19:05 - 21:30
Floating in space
Flying in place
(Refrain)
Floating in place
Flying in space
Floating in place
Flying in space
Floating in place
Flying in space
Floating in place
Flying in space
Floating in place
Flying in space
Floating in place
Flying in space
Floating in place
Flying in space
Floating in place
Flying in space
(Chorus)
I don't want to be stuck in space
Such a cold place
Such a cold space
(Post-Chorus)
If you see me in the sky
Tell my friends I'm dying
Because when I finally give in
I'll be falling down again
(Outro)
I know someone has to be out there
Someone has to be getting this
This broadcast we're sending out
Don't leave us in the dark
I know some planet must be nearby
Or a beacon, or a ship going by
This is an S.O.S. from the Grand Horizon
Don't leave us in the dark!

The Chaotic Red
13:34
|
|||
What is with this world?!
I don't know what is going on
An infinite storm
From a view of my window
I don't want to fall
I don't want to fall
No longer do I want something to go awry
Red follows me around
All the way from the sky to the ground
Where I go it knows
The Chaotic Red show
I don't want to fall
I don't want to fall
I don't want to see it all falling down
Please, don't hurt me!
Please, don't hurt me!
The blue inferno rises all the time
And I just want out
I don't know where to go
The blue inferno rises
The red all around the world
It's never-ending; a never-ending storm
I want out, but I don't know where to go
I want out! I can't take this now!
I want out! I can't! I can't do this!
Where is the exit?! Get me out!
Don't hurt me! Don't hurt me! Don't hurt me!
Blue inferno
Why must you have to come so soon?
It's only supposed to be once in a while
And now you're here
And we have to suffer your wrath
Blue inferno always rising!
Blue inferno always rising!
Blue inferno always rising!
Blue inferno always rising! ...

Ligeia Mare
04:52
|

Cold on the surface on Titan
The sun is so far away
I look at the rings in the sky
Saturn is our light
Saturn is our light
Looking down from our flying vehicle
Just barely floating in the air
Sometimes I wonder where our water comes from
Maybe it's that hole in the ground below
The kids grow so weak
Stuck here on the moon
Can't go back from where we're from
Too used to the lightweight world
Sitting under the heat lamps at night
I still wonder where we come from
Why have we taken over this place we're not even from?
Governments find all their plans
Testing on all of us now
To see how we fair
In such a frigid place
So far away from the origin
Methane, hydrogen, nitrogen
Never to leave
Take this as the comparison of Lake Superior
Put it by the sea
Wondering what the kids grow up to see how this grew
I don't know about you, but, man, it's cold down here
The geysers are launching out of the mountains
Is all we've known for so long

Jovian System
09:33
|
|||
Io isn't possible
But use it for energy
Lava launching out chaotically
Electrical potential
To power the other
Jovian systems
Europa, Ganymede and Callisto
But, man, the radiation
Under the ice
Suffice to say
Life could be there
And thriving well
Europa's oceans
How will we fair
Here where it's water
With all of this
Jovian radiation?
Serpentinization
Creating hydrogen and oxygen
Where is the salt
In the subsurface ocean?
Tidal forces
From Jupiter's pull
Shifting the currents
Under the ice
Well, how about Ganymede?
It has it's own magnetic field
But the radiation is not ideal
Two months and you're gone
Shame, for there's a saltwater ocean
But I know some race will move there
But it's too risky for us
But what if it is?
And so we go to Callisto
Another ocean under the surface
But we have a problem
There's less sources for life here
Then there is on Europa
But Callisto has the least radiation
So, what do we go for?
Where do we go to?
It wouldn't hurt to go for both
Working out the possibilities
I think we can make the three work
If we build the right habitats
Europa, Ganymede and Callisto
I know that if we work hard
We can colonize
The Jovian system
It's been, uh... fiftten... Jovaki... That's what we call the years now. I've been living on my house on Aquarius Sulcus for quite a while. My job is to explore the surface of Ganymede. It's fun to do, but at the same time... Weird.
I've seen children playing tag on Perrine. Sitting on a bench, watching them play, there's this... sadness to it. They were born on a world that wasn't designed for them... I just know they would be better over on Earth, or Mars, after Konstantin helped the underground Martians, or what they call themselves, Rasacáz, (or Rasacázan.) But, somehow, this is where we find ourselves, and this is likely where we'll be stuck at for our lives. We've grown accustomed to this place. It's too late to go somewhere else.
Anyway, I guess I'll just stare at the storm on Jupiter. It's never-ending, I know. I can't... think of an analogy right now... Something about how space and dimension travel is like a never-ending storm, just like the red eye on Jupiter... I don't know... I've never been good at analogies.

Hyperspace Rescue
16:35
|
|||
There was a message coming from deep space
An S.O.S from the Grand Horizon
They say they're stuck inside of a nebulae
Stationed on an abandoned location
Foreign to them; foreign to you and me
Hyperspace rescue
Travel through time
To get to the station
Before the decay
Of the remaining
Window of opportunity
To get them out alive
Fades away
The desperate call coming from Ypkal
The visions of four survivors
From the breaching of a vessel
They haven't given detail involving what happened
Everyone is shaking; everyone is breaking
Hyperspace rescue
Travel through time
To get to the station
Before the decay
Of the remaining
Window of opportunity
To get them out alive
Fades away
Coordinates given out to us to follow
Rushing over there to get there in time
We cannot let down the Grand Horizon
Nebulous dreams turned into nightmares
Desperate call for help; desperate need for time
Hyperspace rescue
Travel through time
To get to the station
Before the decay
Of the remaining
Window of opportunity
To get them out alive
Fades away

Floating in place
Flying in space
Floating in place
Flying in space
(Just wait a little longer! Just wait a little longer! We'll make it there! We ain't givin' up on you! Don't give up on your hope just yet!)
Approaching the nebulae we see the structure inside
Rushing to the aid of the Grand Horizon
Knocking on the door of the station
Hearing people fumble from inside
The door opens and we see the crew
Someone named Carisio is at the entrance
A couple stumble around; Ypkal and Dantarian
And the other, a robot named Quantona
Helping the others to their feet
We escort them to our shuttle
And we leave this nebulous structure
Time to take them to their homes.
( So, let me explain what happened. We had just recently left Sftzehst and were getting ready to head back to base. It was supposed to be smooth sailing from there and back. Ypsolakol, our researcher, did find that a comet was on route, but he assured us it was going to pass by while we were at Sftzehst, so it wasn't supposed to be a problem. However, his math was wrong, and the comet smacked into the side of the Grand Horizon. Needles to say, all hell broke loose. Dantarian freaked out trying to figure out what happened, scrambling to find a place to land, but there wasn't a place around that we could find. Rakalat thought we were being attacked, but we weren't. Uloka was there when the comet struck the vessel and died on impact. Carisio managed to get into the control centre before half the ship combusted. Ypkal, our commander, led us to the escape pods. The vessel was in disastrous condition. Rakalat and Ypsolakol didn't make it in time before the flames got to them. The rest of us four were launched out into space before the ship was entirely engulfed in flames. No one else got out.)
( Dantarian managed to find the structure in that nebulae, so we went to it. I had to break inside of the building. Ypkal found a camera, so we sent out a signal of stress. Thankfully, you got it. That's how we're here.)

Blue Inferno
09:18
|
|||
The Blue Inferno went off route
And went towards my little town
I knew this was going to come
I prayed for it to never happen
But now it's in my backyard
Please don't hurt me
I don't want to die
Every day in the Chaotic Red
Just leads to my demise
I don't want to die
The endless sound of wind blowing
I can't get it out of my head
The inferno is so massive
You see it for kiynos
It's a monster at my front door
Please don't hurt me
I don't want to die
Every day in the Chaotic Red
Just leads to my demise
I don't want to die
Red engulfed, the main color
Drowning in all of the shades
I'm afraid to even wander
This world I've always lived in
And it's not just from being a kid
Please don't hurt me
I don't want to die
Every day in the Chaotic Red
Just leads to my demise
I don't want to die
Something just rescue me, please
The Blue Inferno is on my yard
I can hear the wood snapping in four
And being engulfed by the tornado
Burning and whirling and spinning and winding
Get me out. Get me out. Get me out.
Please don't hurt me
I don't want to die
Every day in the Chaotic Red
Just leads to my demise
I don't want to die
And then it appeared
Inside my room
A multi-colored rift
A voice came through and told me to walk through
An arm covered in feathers protruded out of the rift
Someone stepped on through
A beaked man. I don't know who they are
But the Inferno was outside my window
The walls were pulled outwards
As I hopped of my bed
I grabbed onto his hand
We walked into the rift
Before the Blue Inferno pulled me in
And I escaped The Chaotic Red
(Where are we? This feels so much more peaceful... The Trilight? I... I don't understand. Do you live here? No? Then, who will take care of me? You know someone?)
